Halloween is over, but you still have a longing for blood, gore and thrills. If so, you might want to check out Horrorfest, a film festival of 8 horror thrillers. The fest has partnered with AMC, Regal and Cinemark to create the largest film fest in the world. Across the country, those hungry for horror can see these films by either purchasing individual passes or by getting a pass to see all the movies.
When it was introduced last year, it broke into the top 10 at the national box office, grossing 2.5 million. 350 theatres will be participating this year.
In Jacksonville this year’s Horrorfest will be playing at Tinseltown and Regency. Check your local listings, ask at the theater or go to horrorfestonline.com for more info.

The All Access Pass grants the holder entrance to all of the 8 Films to Die For®. The holder is guaranteed seating and receives a Goodie Bag from After Dark Films with horror collectibles and various discount coupons from horror giants such as Suicide Girls and Lionsgate. All Access Passes are good for the weekend screenings only. Additionally, the passes will be valid on the weekend of your choosing, either Weekend 1 (Nov 9-11) or Weekend 2 (Nov 16-18). Midweek screenings will be sold on an individual ticket basis. An All Access Pass costs $75.00. Individual tickets will be sold after October 31 through normal ticketing outlets (e.g. Fandango, MovieTickets) and at your local theatre.
