BLADE RUNNER
      Wesley Snipes was indicted on eight counts of tax fraud for having a company that specializes in fuzzy math and filing false tax forms doing his taxes and getting him huge refunds. He also hasn’t filed his taxes in five years. Snipes also faces charges of conspiracy to defraud the Internal Revenue Service of millions of dollars in false claims. Snipes is nowhere to be found and even his attorney doesn’t know where is located. Snipes faces 16 years in prison on each count if convicted. Hey, did they call 1-800-VAMPIRE?


DIVORCE TURNS TO WAR
      Heather Mills McCartney alleged in divorce documents leaked to the British press that Paul McCartney brutalized her repeatedly during their four-year marriage, including stabbing her in the arm with a wine glass, shoving her over a coffee table and grabbing her by the throat on separate occasions. McCartney denied the allegations. The gloves are off–war is hell.


NOT IN THE MOOD FOR DANCING
      Sara Evans discussed her impending divorce from Craig Schelske and her choice to quit Dancing with the Stars in an interview that aired on the show Tuesday night. The country singer called her final night on the show “a blur,” and said her experience as an entertainer was the only thing that got her through it, after learning only hours before of her husband’s alleged infidelities.


MALFUNCTION JUNCTION
      Justin Timberlake will headline The Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show Dec. 5 on CBS. Mr. SexyBack plus lingerie models? Watch out for wardrobe malfunctions.


AGUILERA SHUNS REALITY
      Christina Aguilera said no to reality shows that appealed to the likes of Jessica and Britney, thankyouverymuch. The “Dirrty” girl telling Jane magazine she would never take her relationship with husband Jordan Bratman in front of the camera, though the idea has been proposed to her.


DESERT ULTRA-MARATHON
      Matt Damon helped to form H20Africa, a charity aiming to raise awareness about Africa’s water needs. The actor and the production team behind the upcoming documentary Running the Sahara saw the need for the project while scouting locations for the movie, which follows three ultra-marathoners as they attempt to become the first people to run across the Sahara Desert. Damon narrates the film.

      ”I want to get married before I’m 30. And have my house. And make the kind of record I want. And I’d like to win an Oscar before then.” Lindsay Lohan said in In Style magazine’s November issue. No wonder she keeps succumbing to exhaustion.


LONGTIME BAD MARRIAGE FINALLY IMPLODES
      Whitney Houston is planning on being Bobby Brown’s ex-wife as soon as possible. The singer filed divorce papers from her husband of 14 years in Orange Country Superior Court this week after filing for legal separation last month, her rep Nancy Seltzer said.

      Justin Timberlake’s FutureSex/LoveShow World Tour kicking off Jan. 8 in San Diego. In related news, that N’ Sync reunion is looking even more unlikely.


A GIRL NEEDS HER E-BAY MONEY
      Bono testified once again Tuesday against a former U2 stylist he claims stole and tried to sell band memorabilia, including his trademark Stetson hat from the cover of Rattle and Hum. The stylist claiming she received the items as gifts, a term which it seems she may have woefully misinterpreted. Hey, she’s just trying to make a buck. Bono is already filthy rich, what does he care?
